Contact me for assistance with this. I think you are asking about locating the insurance company that may have issued a policy on your mother's life.

My mom Donna Fitch died Dec 30 2013.. There is a life insurance policy that. I'm benificar to.. My sister won't tell me the the co that it's 28th ... Pleaser help me

It's not safe to post your name and phone number on a website like this.
It has been more than two years since your mother's death. The insurance company almost certainly has paid a death claim. If it was paid to the wrong person, they could be liable to pay it again. If it was paid to a person they had reason to believe was the proper beneficiary, you would have to sue the person they paid in order to obtain recovery. You would have to be able to prove that you were the beneficiary.
