Okay my dad comitted suicide a few months ago he had a pension he left his girl friend of to years primary an me secondary in his suicide note it clearly says she is the cause of what he did an she has a bad drug problem with cocain they also found it in my dads system when he died could that show he may nt of been in the right state of mind when he put her as primary an even so could i fight it in court posible is all i need she doesnt need a reward for what she has done

If this involves an ERISA-governed pension (not a city-county-state-federal employer), your chance of winning a legal battle is close to zero. The best you could hope for is an agreement from the primary beneficiary to share the proceeds, but that's probably a stretch.
You have little or no chance of proving that your father was not of sound mind when he named his beneficiaries.
