I am wondering if there are any FMOs out there that people are pleased with.
1) What do you like about them?
2) What do they do for you?
3) What could they do better?
I have been a part of a few. Now I am a mentor and part owner in one. I would like some feedback as to how our company can improve.

My father has been a 2-15 most of his life. Next month, I will be getting my FL license. I want to be independent like he is. I understand that he can answer my questions, but I would like to get additional opinions or suggestions. Going the FMO way ... is it easy? What company should have a good balance of marketing, commissions, selection, customer service.. I have the drive to do well in life. I just need some pointers instead of making the wrong second step... getting the wrong 'hook-ups'. Thx. :D

I am with a FMO company that is really slow on processing and I have check the the actual Insurance company, the FMO are not current on what conditions they email me. I have a deal cancel since May and I am still told this policy is good. I am looking to make a changes. I am new to the insurance business but have been in the mortgage for years and so far non of my policies I turn in have been issue. Any suggestion? I would like good commission but also good services. Is this too much to ask.
