My husband put me as his beneficiary but I have recently learned that a week after naming me, he named his son as sole beneficiary. However he continues to lead me to believe that I am the sole beneficiary. Is this deception legal?

my childerns are upset and mad at me because iam going to change sole beneficiary to my new wife and all other plans 401k, life, stocks, ira, and any things i have.
i have 14, 15 ,17,does any one know if the exwife or childerns can legally challenged my policys. our marriage was only 9 years and 6 mos.
Because your marriage was only 9 years and 6 months it makes perfect sense that you should do all that you can do to make sure that you leave your kids absolutely nothing. After all, fathers have no importance.
Maybe your "childerns" are upset because you don't know English.
As for the answer to your question, I don't feel like answering it for you.

adnal, you may cut your children out of your life in favor of your new wife...after all, water is thicker than blood right? or is that the other way around? hmmmm
You have to make the decision...if your decision is to exclude children of your own body...in favor of a new wife...not a darn thing they can do about.....hope you, however can rest easy, or in peace, whichever it may be....remember once you're gone, from this planet, your gone...leave the legacy befiting yourself....
