Ask him.
Look at his bank statements/checkbook. You will see bank drafts or cancelled checks made out to the insurance company.
Look where he keeps his "important" papers.

Maybe not cancelled checks life...most banks now charge to get these returned to you. I know mine does so I just let them put them on file and if I need them they will look them up (probaly for a fee too). I still say just ask the guy.

Hi mokeisl
I guess you might as well take a look at these forum discussions since they have a more or less similar situation like yours. Hope you will be helped. However, further suggestions from our experts is always welcome

Even if they don't send them to you, aren't they printed on the bank statement?

I haven't received the actual check in years, but each one is printed on my statement.

Hi Lori,
I'm up to my earlobes in the discovery process of the Americo case. You might remember that it is the one involving around 70,000 teachers in CA. I'm busy reviewing deposition transcripts and gathering information from potential witnesses. Actually, I like this part the best because I enjoy building rock-solid cases.

Thanks for the message, it's good to see you.
