She would have had the will lying with her lawyer. Hence, contacting the person may help you to find out about it.

Also checking out with her financial advisor or agent may give you the information regarding her policies.

Do you have any other surviving sibling? Discussing the issue with him or her may also give you some break through.

Thanks,
Rupert

Nice come back Lori...
The poster MAYBE could ask her mother unless the mother has passed on. I sometimes can't believe how people do not leave their loves ones informed of this kind of information. I have seen this question asked alot and most of the time after it was too late. You think it would be something that would be addressed before something actually happens.

LOL. Thats was sooooo funny. Probaly hiring some extra security gaurds too. Imagine that will be quite a bill for him when he leaves the Big house seeing as people aren't too happy with the old guy these days. I am sure he can afford it since he's a big oil tycoon himself.

Since we opened our business we have been getting calls and emails from individuals who simply do not know the company names that hold their loved ones life insurance. And if you do not know that, the chances of finding it is slim. It surprises us also how many people do not know. It is said that 25% of policies go unclaimed. According to stats there are around 200 million people in the United States that have life insurance, which means 50 million poeple' s life insurance will not be found. That is sad considering they paid for their policies.
