Anyway, what do you mean by booklet?

You can create a living trust and can pass some assets to it in order to avoid taxes on your estate. With living trust you would have the control over it and can dissolve or amend the trust anytime.

Someone told me there is a 'do it yourself' thing, on the Web, for POA's, Wills, etc. Is this true? Whoever does this, are they legal sites?

I would highly recommend not taking the do-it-yourself approach.

REALLY!? Do you have any suggestions what I can do/where to go? Some Lawyers in town,etc?
