I am 17 and will be 18 in april. My father was recently killed how will the insurance company deal with my situtation? The company is ING.

I agree here ready..If he is already the beneficiary then why go looking for an atty. Some would not think twice about taking him on as a client and then taking money for the fee. They would know that it was a done deal and a quick dollar. Being as young as the poster is and no longer having parents to help him out through life I am sure this money will be really needed. No sense in handed it away to someone.
