I'm not sure what you want to do. If she murdered him, she can't collect. If it's in the court system then it appears she is being prosecuted for the murder.

I would like to comment on this case, however,...I would like a bit more details, please. How do you KNOW he was murdered? What were the circumstances of the 'conclusion' of murder?

If you prove in court that your customer has been murdered by his wife just for the insurance money, then she can't have his money..she would be sent to jail

Police have not any proof to prove that she killed him. Police have doubt her & Know that he Murdered him . I think all wants to wait for police inquiries for Proof. To Prove she is Murdered.

Thanks!

As you mentioned, the decision of the case is pending and accused is under police investigation there is little hope to claim insurance money.
If she proves and gets free without a charge of murder then court could consider that the murder was an unexpected event(not intentionally done). There are instances where murder take place by accidents under certain conditions. The case would be in favor of complainant and claim insurance money.
But case seems to be complex, it is very difficult to anticipate the difference between 'murder which is not an accident & a murder which is an accident'.

An evidence must be presented! Now, if there is no enough evidence, then that woman will claim the life insurance of the murdered person. If you are sure that she was the one who killed him then testify and be a witness. You dont want that woman to get want she wants! Goodluck on your situation.

If you are really desperate to save your money(YOUR CLIENT'S MONEY ACTUALLY), start collecting each and every evidence you can find to prove her murderer. Try to find any witness you can, collect their statements and when you are 100% sure she committed the crime, go to police. The evidence matters more than your belief in these cases.
YOU PROVE or YOU LOOSE.
