I'm assuming you are looking for car insurance, correct? At your age, if you have had a good driving record, you should be able to get a very cheap rate. Visit Auto Insure USA. You simply enter your Zip Code, and local insurance companies will be displayed. From there, you can go on to specific companies and receive exact quotes.

Well, life and health insurance are entirely different products where health coverage isn't offered by the life policy and death benefit isn't paid by the health insurer.
However, some life insurance policies may have the critical illness rider embedded in them. Is that what you are looking for? Please clarify.

Yes I would believe life and medical would be two entirely different policies. I would start with a search of insurance agents in your area that could help you find the right policy. You may also want to check your states website. Sometimes their is really good information there on coverage for health insurance. You may also qualify for some of the states insurance programs where you could get health care for a lower cost.
You can also call you local assistance office. There are programs you could wualify for even if you do work.
