I heard that if any person is died then there insurance policy where turned to unclaimed property office of the state from where the policy is purchased, you can find your missing policy from there.

I don't know where you live, or what your native language is, but English is not your strong suit.

If you heard this, you heard wrong. The insurance company does not have the policy, they have the money. If they know the money is unclaimed, they are supposed to turn it over to the state. A number of US life insurance companies, after paying millions of dollars in fines and reimbursement to the states for legal and investigative expenses, have now entered into "multistate" settlement agreements to do this in only the past 2-3 years, because for decades, most were holding the money for their own profit.

The owner of life insurance policy will get $1 billion in benefits for the misplaced of life insurance policy.

This statement makes me believe you live in outer space. Only a lunatic -- or someone under the influence of drugs or alcohol -- would make such an irresponsible statement.

There are several online websites from where you can claim for your missing policy.

If there are, the only one worth a dime is the MIB, Inc. Lost Policy Locator service. Find it here http://www.mib.com/lost_life_insurance.html
