Yes, I hate to see people lose their jobs.
However...the dealership here in town is notorious for lying to customers (I was one), lying to the BBB, reneging on agreements, falsifying applications - the list goes on and on. Things they were found guilty of in a court of law.

He will have another string of dealerships open within the year.

Why would they lie to the customers? and about what?
This will certainly not help them in doing business elsewhere as well.

Where all salesman associated with Bill Heard nationwide might not be ...less than honest...there have been too many instances locally where customers have had issues. Documents that were "initialed" by the customer - and they know they didn't initial it, bait and switch (which they were fined for) and in my case, I had two sales associates side with me about a disagreement. The sales manager said that all three of us were lying - he said two of his own employees were lying about something?
