I'm not an agent but I'm guessing the same way. You let the Mort. Co. know the billing information and they pay the bill. Who ever normally does the billing should know how to do this.

Who handles the billing of the policy? You need to ask them.

I gave my agent my loan number and mortgage company's name, adress and phone number. My agent faxed a copy of the policy (DEC page) to the mortgage company and I let the mortage company know that I wanted payment to go through escrow. Poof! It now happens.

Same here, I've owned homes for over twenty years, and always have had the HO premium and property taxes paid thru the escrow account. The carrier just sets it up with the mortgage company. The bill goes to them (with a copy to me) and the mortgage company pays the premium from my escrow account.
