what do i do my daughter hard worker 20 was on fmla for depression and anxioty and inpatient got out and 5150 than tried to go back to work still not doing good and leavin work early sick. now they laid off 18 employees and my daughter was one of them should she still be sdi . and what about all her medications they have her on very expensive. please help what do we file for she was off mon and tues where her days off that week and notified about lay off when she walked in on day off. :(

My guess would be unemployment..

She'll have the ability to keep health insurance under COBRA for a little while. Since she was able to work, she would now file for unemployment not SSI since she is able to work.
