leak under sink

we have a leak under our sink. unfortunally we did not know that it was happening. we had installed pull out baskets many years ago. Anyway, there is some kind of leak comming from our sink and thru time it had rotted out the floor and we have mild all on the back drywall. To fix it they would have to tear out all the cabinets and tile counter. Is thetre anyway we could get the incurance to help pay for this?
