I have recently joined a fire/water restoration company and will be working with their sales department. I was wondering how do agents decide who to refer their clients to if they make a claim for a flood or a fire? What would be a good approach to gain agents trust so that they would feel comfortable refering their clients to a particular reatoration company opposed to so many others out there? What is a approach that has worked to convince you a company is worthy of your referal? I greatly appreciate any guidence.
