Can I claim swimming pool damage?

The swimming pool in my back yard developed a large crack on its side after my neighbors started doing some drilling work over at their property. I called my insurance company to file a claim as I thought my pool was covered under our homeowner’s policy. They told me it isn’t and that I’d need to purchase a special rider to cover the pool. Can I claim it against my neighbors insurance company? How do I prove that it was the construction work in my neighbor’s yard that damaged my pool?

My gazaboo

Probably meant "gazebo". Insurance policies don't cover damage done by gazaboos because they are not domesticated animals.

I have an in ground pool, when going to open it up this spring the linear was ripped causing water to leak out. I need a new linear costing $4,800. After the linear was removed the vermiculite base was damage badly and eroded away badly in some spots, due to the leak. The pool guy gave me a quote of $6,000 to install a new vermiculite base. My home owner policy covers "other structures" my deductible is $1,000. My agent said the adjustor probably wouldn't approve the claim, stating the damage probably happened over time and its a maintenance issue. The pool was good last year, we had a horrible winter, and now my pool is costing me over $10,000 to fix. This should be an insurance claim, correct?

On the weekend before thanksgiving, Elisa Caref, an environmental educator from the Upper West Side, Met a cute guy at a bar on the low East Side. He told her he liked her glasses and asked for her number, And then they parted ways. down the road, He texted the 26 year old, "how's it going, And the pair had a little backwards and forwards before agreeing to meet up for a date after Thanksgiving.

But the updates didn't stop there. although they'd already set up a date, The guy kept texting Elisa on the break with various "Just inspecting in" posts, not to mention a "Happy thanksgiving holiday :)" written. Eventually, He sent her some Snapchat selfies of his face, And spain girls asked her to send back the gesture all before they'd even gone out!

Elisa's situation is very common. this day and age, It's hardly unusual for guys and girls to take part in epic pre first date texting sessions. In a July study branded "Mobile's Impact on Dating and connections" Commissioned by online dating services JDate and Christian Mingle, More than 60 percent of single people said they communicate more frequently with potential dates this can phones. But specialists say that even though it may seem like you're getting to know the person better before your date, It's actually a false sense of intimacy and you're setting yourself up for discouragement.

"the trend we've coined 'premature escalation,or,-- " exposes Emily Morse, A sex and understanding expert and host of the "Sex along with Emily" Podcast on apple itunes. "Since our whole world is so handheld now, People can craft entire individuality through their slew of texts, By the time you meet your partner for an actual date, You've built up this whole image and fantasy in your thoughts of who you think they are, And then they turn out to be many different,

That's how it happened to Kenny Thapoung, An editorial assistant from Bed Stuy. "I met a guy briefly at opertation, And we started text messaging. He was humorous, Smart etc, even better flirty than he was at the party. here is an example, After I told him I'm a grammar nerd, He remedied my 'your' to 'you're,' but then said he'd forgive me if I went with him, Recalls the 22 years old. "so far, When we met for community,wi-fi network real date, He wasn't a little something like he was over text! He was this kind of dud,

one other reason pre date texting can backfire is that you're loaded with too much back story. "When we were finally head to head, I kept curious about, 'Oh, Is he discouraged since he lost his job? Hmm, Maybe I shouldn't have a discussion about my career.' "

So what's the perfect solution is? it's all about keeping your pre date "Textversations" To at least. If your date starts shipping you "How was your entire day" text messages, It's on you to cut them off nicely. "precisely say, 'I think it's cool that you've always wondered me, But I'm not into covert texting before we meet. I'm really looking forward to talking in person!' ".
