WE ALSO HAD A LEAK IN THE KITCHEN SO TIME BACK MY HUSBAND SCRAP IT AND PAINTED IT BUT IT KEEPS PEELING THE ADJUSTOR SAID IT WAS NOT FROM A LEAK. I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO MOP IT UP AND IT SURE LOOK LIKE WATER SINCE IT WAS A HEAVY DOWN POUR. HE JUST SAY NO ITS JUST PEELING I GUESS I WAS SEEING THINGS.THE ROOF IS MY BIG CONCERNED I JUST WANT IT DONE RIGHT.

Again we have a relatively incoherent group of words posed as a question. It appears that you have an old leak in the kitchen which would be subject to a seperate deductible. Some blown textured ceilings do peel due to failure to prime the drywall prior to application.
