But better if he agrees to our proposal then we won't even have to do mediation and once the paper works signed it will be all done and settled. I've been a good stay home mom while he worked 17 hr days, He' was just being a jerk by trying to act like he was going to try to get custody cause he wants me out of his life forever. However we have made a really decent proposal to him that me and the baby can live in idaho, Since we were living in Texas and that's where the baby was born but he has no family or decent friends to help out where we were living and either do I my family are in California and willing to help me with the baby. He don't have to pay child support, He might be able to visit whenever and even on some holidays as long as he lets us know A month or two in advance to make sure we have no conflicting plans.
