My insurance co is trying to settle my Total Loss Claim , due to fire. At approx 25 percent, I have replacement covereage .

I dont understand , also how does the NH RSA 407:11 apply to me.

You don't provide enough information to help with an answer. You don't state what your dwelling coverage limit is and what the total loss is estimated to be. All you state is the insurance company is trying to settle your claim for 25%. This makes no sense.

Additionally, your reference to the New Hampshire Revised Statutes does not indicate how it is being applied to you. 407:11 seems to indicate that in the event of a total loss, absent any fraud on the part of the insured, the insurer is obligated to pay the amount of insurance in force at the time of the loss.

So provide more facts and details and we might be able to help.
