Whose insurance covers condo damage?

I stay in the 4th floor of a condo in Idaho. A leak surfaced few days ago in a pipe of my bathroom and water oozing out from there caused some damage to the ceiling of the condo below mine. I have already done some research to find out how the parties involved should proceed with the repairing. Since there was no negligence on my part, I think that my insurance should cover for the damage caused to my unit. The owner of the condo below mine should use their insurance to repair the damage in their part, and the condo association should use their to cover the damages to the common area. Am I correct?

The representative of the property management company that maintains the condos thinks that it’s my responsibility to pay for the damages occurred. While the claims representative of the owner below my unit suggests that my insurance should cover the damages. But when I’m talking to my representative she is saying that since there was no negligence involved, my insurance is not supposed to pay for repairing my neighbor’s unit.

Where I can get some sound information in writing so that I can handover to all the parties involved and which supports my claim?

How would we know? We can't read the condo agreement.

The always think they never need to pay others for damages and that someone always needs to pay them.

You have insurance so that they can either pay when you are responsible to pay or provide you a defense when you do not owe anything. Your carrier needs to make that call. When that call is that you don't owe anything, they will handle your defense. So let them address the situation for you. This is why you have liability insurance.

Who is there to decide whether you were at-fault or not. You have to provide strong evidence that defends your negligence.
