Has anybody purchased a home on the Good Neighbor Next Door Program (GNND)? What was your experience?

Their website never tells you that you won’t be able to purchase any other property in the coming 3 years. No land, no homes. Even you can’t have anything by inheritance. Just NOTHING! You don’t get that agreement until your bid is recognized and the contract package is sent to you.
