My only access to my property is via a bridge I own. If bridge is damaged is it covered under homeowners policy?

You'd probably need a rider/endorsement under your policy as an "Other Structure". Since we can't read your policy to know for sure, you'd better off asking your agent.

If your bridge is even covered, any damage would have to be due to something other than failure to maintain the structure (i.e., wear and tear) such as a collision or a falling meteor. .
