My insurance company changed my policy to a DP1. Should I be concerned with this?

Insurance companies don't normally do this on their own unless they are aware of a change in circumstances.
Are you no longer living in the home? That would be a reason for the change. If you are still living in the home, why would your insurance company change the policy willy-nilly? Something is missing in your tale.
But if so, you may want to look at the differences between the coverage provided by DP-1, -2, and -3, and determine which best meets your needs. You should be working with a local agent/broker, not attempting to do this on your own if you don't understand what's going on.
