I have a Hardishake roof that is crumbling and falling apart. I've tried to get a warranty claim from the company to no
Avail. Now I'm wondering if my homeowners policy will cover this. The roof has a 50 year warranty that apparently is of no use and it's causing a whole lot of other problems throughout my home.

Your property policy does not cover wear/tear and it only provides coverage for sudden and accidental loss. I don't see this as being covered. Any resulting damage _might_ be covered.
What is the issue with the company warranting the roof? You can always file suit against them.
