Unless your policy provides such coverage, the answer is NO. Almost all HO policies exclude coverage for mold and mildew.

Most insurance companies exclude the damage caused due to mold, fungi etc.. But, if the mildew occurred from some accidental damage like bursting of pipe, then it should be covered.

This is obviously OLD DAMAGE and not related to any new accidental cause. It will not be covered.

It is not as simple as a yes or no answer as we have not had a chance to view your policy with all of the endorsements. The true answer is, possibly.
In order for mold to occur there needs to first be a condition that allows it to germinate or grow. More times than not, mold will grow due to a water loss or excessive moisture in an area.
If in fact you do find a leak, you will then have to refer to your policy to see what it says about water leaks. Many policies will have an exclusion for "constant or repeated leakage or seepage". After this exclusion it may say "whether hidden or not" or it may say "unless hidden from view...". As you can see these minor differences in your policy could make a huge difference in the event of a loss like yours.
I hope this helps at least point you in the direction of where you should look for more clarification. Again, it is not always as easy as a yes or no answer.
