There was a constant leak coming from the pipe to toilet tank which caused water damage to my bathroom and kitchen floors and walls along with mold. I don't understand my Homeowners policy and am wondering will my damages be covered. I have Libertyguard Deluxe Policy

Loss usually needs to be sudden and accidental. The issue here is if your carrier would say that it's not sudden. I'd say most carrier would provide coverage, less your deductible for the resulting water damage (no cost associated with the cost to repair the pipe) and most likely not the any mold treatment.

Thank you very much. That is exactly what the insurance agent advised me.

Nobody can tell you from the limited information provided whether this is a covered loss or not.
When you say "constant leak", did you see it leaking over a period of time and not do anything about it or are you repeating what others have told you?
If you had a pipe or fitting that failed for whatever reason, I would typically assume that there would be coverage for such a loss.
It all really comes down to what "your" policy says. Some have wording where it does not matter if it was hidden or not, while others say "unless hidden".
As you can see, without reviewing the policy and damages it is not possible to definitively answer your question.

It depends either it was instantly happening, and your toilet tank start leaking, or it was a small issue that turned into a big leak because you didn't give attention. I think your insurer will investigate it thoroughly.
If they don't offer any coverage, then I would suggest you get Kohler K-3589-0 Cimarron because it is speedy to refill the water with durable water tank. I also purchased this toilet a few months back as it was listed among the best toilets here. Probably, for the quality and new products, home coverages give reasonable damage costs as compared to old goods.
