My renters smoked meth in my house. They were arrested and one of them is still in jail pending a criminal trial. There is a child care center within 1 block of the house. Remediation has cost me approximately $16,000 including professional cleaning, painting, replacement of carpets, ceiling fans, blinds, etc. I filed a claim with my insurance company. They said they have no financial responsibility here. I think this cost should be covered. What can I do next?

Why do you think it should be covered? What is the reason your carrier gave for the denial? Was the denial in writing from your carrier?Posted: Tue Mar 31, 2015 06:23 am Post Subject:
I think you should hire a public adjuster without wasting time. [Link deleted per TOU[/url] will do all the required documentation procedure for the claiming process and try to negotiate with the insurance company.
