Hi, I am in the process of dealing with a situation from a retail store. I stepped on one of their security devices with the pin about 1 inch going all the way int my big toe. I have had pain in that toe since then. Also saw a nerologist and he stated that I do have nerve damage. I have no feeling to touch in the area. Also a feeling like my toe is asleep. he said I may never get the feeling in my toe again. I am dealing with their insurance now. Any opinions on what I should be aware of.

So, they have assumed the liability. That's certainly a positive thing.

Have they made an offer yet? Have you completed your treatment?

Also, is this injury going to cause you trouble in the future with your work or daily routine?

Hi pattibug..

I'd be grateful if you'd share a couple of things with me-

Did the adjuster own the cause of this accident as a form of negligence on their part?

I am dealing with their insurance now.

Did the doctor give you any estimation of the cost of your treatment?

Steven
