I pulled up to a yellow light and stopped and waited for it to cycle back to me. I looked up the light was green there were no cars in front of me. And I started a legal uturn as I was turning a cars side bar hit my front end. He apologized and said he could not see the light because the sun was in his eyes. Now get this my insurance company said he could not have passed three lanes of traffic and paid him out against my protest and told me there was nothing I could do about it. What can I do. :?:

Second... where was this person coming from... they sky? You really explained very little about the relationship of the vehicles and what happened in the accident. But what can you do about your carrier paying for the other person's damages? Next to nothing. It's their choice. You can also know that most carriers won't pay something unless it's owed.

I have been rejected by life insurance company because of my medical record (I am a healthy person) They keep on telling me because of the two lab tests that I did not do.
They do not think what doctor told me is right.
I just want to find an attorney to consult it what I can do next.

my insurance compony refuse to pay for any of my losses because my son was u wreked my car and he was no listed in my policy
