WASHINGTON (AP) — The House passed a second bill to aid the insurance industry in the event of a terrorist attack, hoping to prompt Senate action before the post-Sept. 11 program expires.

Good, terrorism can wreak havoc on insurance companies with all the damage it can cause.

At first I was like great more insurance to think about getting. Then I started reading the article. Pretty interesting I never really thought about who insures the insurance companies. I guess its kinda like the FDIC kinda. I'm not sure I like some of the wording though
