New Jersey Unveils Health Plan To Cover Uninsured Kids

New Jersey Gov. Jon S. Corzine said yesterday that the state had reached an agreement with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield allowing working- and middle-class families to obtain health insurance for children at drastically reduced rates.

How can NJ do this? Because the program will cost the state nothing. From Jan 1, it''s estimated that around 15,000 uninsured children could enroll in the program.

I am the gurding of my grand kids, I am 61 of age and have no insurance for them. How do help getting them insurance.
