Car and home insurer AAMI has requested that all policyholders affected by yesterdays storms across NSW contact them immediately on their 24hr emergency line.
"AAMI is operating its 24-hour hotline, 13 22 44, on which customers can lodge claims directly over the phone hotline with no forms to fill out," AAMI NSW Corporate Affairs Manager Mike Sopinski said.

As far as I know ALL carriers do this...nothing new here... :wink:

You read my mind Lori. In fact, in some places, actual offices stay open 24 hours to help customers who are displaced and/or need checks for living expenses.
