Susan Miller recently saved $60 a year by requesting a smaller garbage can. Kathy Goebel cut 10 percent from her gas bill by switching to what she calls a "solar clothes dryer" - namely, a clothesline.
Terry Seligman took a close look at her insurance policies and trimmed $350 a year by raising the deductible on her health insurance and consolidating her home and auto policies with one insurer.

This article has just spoke our mind, since we all are facing the financial crunch and finding it gradually becoming difficult to meet the both hands, frugality seems to be the only possible solution.
This article has discussed some of the methods, you can either adopt those or can share with us your ways, which would help the community in large.

I used to bake bread three times a week Michael but let me tell you, it's not cheaper...however I total agree there are tons of ways to cut costs at the grocery store. And every where else around the house, drop the thermostate, put on a sweater, turn lights off etc.

Great article! I was particularly interested in the Credit Card section. I like the idea that sometimes just by asking about a lower interest rate or threatening to go to another credit card company, one can work with a more manageable account. There are always solutions available.
