Glimpse of future health care in America isn't pretty

I was struck by Ellen Goodman''s recent column in which she presents for consideration a "rational case for health care rationing."

Does anybody doubt that that is where we are headed once the federal government gets control of our health care system? If you like the socialized medicine of England and Canada, with it''s mind-numbing bureaucracy, its interminable waiting lists and arbitrary denial of treatments, you''ll love America after the Obama administration gets through.

they could not compete at all as I was with them. But othres I asked for quotes for like for like policy I informed them of all my details and that I have a a3100 excess with my SAGA policy.A couple companies gave me lower quotes over the phone, But when I checked them when they came through the post had quoted for a voluntary a3100 but had failed to tell me that they also had a mandatory a3200 excess as well. So a a3300 excess. So decide what you want then get the quotes giving the same information and check the written quotes.Only thing about SAGA is they will let you pay monthly free for the first year only, After that you pay about a340 for paying monthly but they do not make that clear when you talk to them.Andy C
