I recently went through a few reviews about the company by their own employees. Below is a gist of what I found:
Pros: You can control your work schedule since you re 1099.
Cons: 1) You have to pay for your own training and license.
2) They guarantee 100% commission, which takes them forever to pay you.
3) You get little or no assistance from the upper management.
4) Aflac expects you to do everything – marketing, meet potential business seeds, convince them to purchase Aflac products, make your own network.
5) Moreover, you are expected to recruit new agents everyday.
