I envied outgoing persons since I joined insurance industry long ago. It was very easy for them to approach new persons and get new business opportunities from the new ones. However I discovered that each person has his or her own pros and cons.

My finding suggested that quiet persons have tendency that they have smaller number of relations, can pay more attentions to their clients and prospects. They can allocate more time onto advanced knowledge and find more refined solutions which often result in more profit per business.

It would be best if a certain person has more relations and knowledge at the same time. With limited time and energy, each person has equal chance to get same amount of revenue as the others. The success seems to depend on how to allocate time and energy.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

Well, I ould say that in each person there is a part of quite type and an outgoing type of personality. The question is how they correspond. Everyone can get success, for this he must just find HIS DOOR and not try to be someone else.
