Yeah, I was pretty sure using people to buy houses was illegal.

i won't flatly say no, but and but only if you are getting good deal ( needs to be very clear while documenting, consult your attorney) then you can at least go for initial talk.
As long as you are not paying any dime what's the harm with discussing the deal. :twisted:
