Monique, I think this has got something to do with the file size, but once I clicked on the pic I found that its coming out fine.
Anyways, I am sure Mac will have a better answer for you.

LOL I just had those pics taken not too long ago...maybe a month ago...they do look like me! I think they look pretty good too. I had them done so I could use one for my cards and send some to my family as I have not had pics taken in a long time! Thank you all for your kind words.
