Insurance cover for mutual fund houses

Whether any mutual fund house who is also selling insurance can get insurance cover if financial conditions are weak on wall strret.If there is any instrument for this then large people's money can be protected with the hedging. :?: :?:

Hi ensure, I guess the mutual funds and the insurance companies are regulated by a state body which monitors there performances. It has certain laws and regulation at place which will restrict these companies from cheating on clients' money. You may check with the regulatory authority of your country to know better about it.

i do agree with you it is regulated but keen to know about that whether is there any company who is offering those kind of products which will copensates as against uncertainty of the wall street so that mutual funds money will be saved upto some extend even if downturn is there. :lol:
