Afterall, human is a human. A truck driver dashed a child while driving by mistake. People caught & smashed him. They burnt the truck. This is a very commonly observed incidence. It happens with us on small bike but may not result into such disaster of someone. How much is driver or his family or the insurance company wrong?

Nah, I find it's likely that I get to keep my half of the communal property and have access to the other half, if I just say no when confronted with those opportunities.
