Hi there..I guess you'd need small business liability insurance for your coffee shop. There are quite a few insurers who're offering coverage for such business e.g. Nationwide. Look for someone good at that within your locality, and make sure you go through the papers before you sign up.

You need to sit down with an agent and discuss your needs. You might think coverage is simple... but it's not. There are many different coverages that you probably don't know about. Basically, you probable need some type of Business Owners Policy (scaled down General Liability Policy). But these are pretty much custom made for the particular risk.
