Want to convert 10 yr term to life.
Also can I sell it now for what cash value?

What state are you in? Some states have laws that can make life settlements more difficult.
What company is the policy with? Is there still a conversion option left? Some policies don't have conversions for the full period or stop before age 70. If you decide to sell the policy, you should do it with the help of an experienced agent who has done them before. They can get very complicated and you will get a very wide range of offers if you are a candidate for a settlement. It helps to have an agent who can shop the case for you and get the best offer instead of trying to do it yourself.
Is there a health reason you need to convert the current policy instead of buying a new policy? Converting may not be your best option depending on your health. Feel free to send me an email if you want some help: dgold@goldfinancialgrp.com
