i had a claim after the insurance company draged it on for two years the want me to do a euo at the final end of this claim. this doesnt seem right since they had been out to my home several times to check the item being claimed out.

Have they paid the claim in full? Chances are no, I can't imagin what the reason for an EUO would be if they have cleared up the coverage problems. We'd need to know alittle more about the claim etc, before we could comment on the reason. Clearly they have reason to believe that fraud is 'in the air'. That would be the only reason for an EUO.
