Is it illegal to collect from both long term disability and

I got approved long term benefits starting 7/21/09 and paid through 9/30/09. Thne I'm due to receive benefits each month thereafter, I was also approved unemployment benefits. I am still drawing unemploymnet as i need money to survive until next disability check at end of October, is this illegal?
