Cigna is the insurer that my former employer uses for all its county employees. After my injury, I was granted 60% of my salary one check /mom until the age of 65 when at that point, I'd start collecting Soc Sec. they already made me ask for my disability from ss and I gave that money to Cigna. Including my 15 year old son's portion. I'm afraid that if I don't take the lump sum, they will find some other way to stop payments. The injury to my left forearm is grievous and disfiguring. I also have billiary stenosis which adds to the chronic pain I feel from my arm's injuries

Did you get into any agreement with them regarding this?
What does the adjuster have to say regarding your left forearm injuries?

I gave them the disability money that SS sent for my son and myself. The adjuster says as little as possible about whether my left forearm or my biliary issues determine the reason for them giving me monthly disability payments of 60% of my salary. Can I ask the adjuster for the code they use for the reason for their determination? My arm cannot improve but my bile duct has a potential for improvement though it could require a resectioning.
