It was the other man's fault and I had some medical issues with my back my insurance paid for that now all of the other bills I paid out of my pocket they are not going to pay. Is there anything I can do. I did not know about the statue of limitaions. Thank you for your help.

You can hire an attorney (if one will take this case) and he/she can file suit and attempt to argue that the insurance had the responsibility to inform you of the statue of limitations and did not (providing that they did not send a letter). This is a _very_ hard hurdle to overcome and you may not even find an attorney who would take the case.

You've not mentioned anything regarding what all expenses these 'other bills' comprise of. I'd also like to know if you had any medical issues concerning your back prior to this accident.

I had some issues with my arm it got bent back when airbags went off went to chiropractor used all my money from my insurance which was 5000.00 state farm. Had another Dr. look at arm he said that I needed surgury but he wouldn't do it because I had no health insurance. So I have been babying it ever since. Nothing to serious or it could have been alot worse. But my insurance commpany only got paid 200.00 from arbitration. So it seems that they would win but why is that fair that they didn't tell me? thank you

It's not fair you were not told...I'm confused. If your carrier only got 200 in arb..what was this 200 for? Was there damage to your vehicle? Did you EVER settle with the other carrier on your injury? ANY money from them at all? What state are you in?
