Hello,
I was involved in an accident and had injury for that.
I received a letter from the at-fault party insurance stated that they will not pay the medical bills incurred. They suggest me to pursue my own insurance company or health insurance company for medical bills.
Is that normal?
BTW, this is in Texas.
Thanks.

Did they say they wouldn't EVER pay them or they would pay them when the injury settled. This is standard for BI claims NOTHING is paid until it's settled, including medical bills.

I've never heard of a liability insurance that supports the element of property damage liability but doesn't cover for bodily injury liability. Did they mention any particular reason for doing this?
