I was in a wreck on 1-15-09. I went to filed a claim. I was at fault in a no fault state. I had many problems over the months. I had concussions shoulder back and depression cycst on my brain after the wreck. My doctor told me lets just take care of your brain and your night tremors and siezures. For months we did this ignoring the rest. My claims adjuster paid for all that. I told her when i filed the claim my shoulder neck and back still hurt. When i was cleared to work again i couldn't my shoulder rotator had fallen apart. I went to a doctor which the claims adjuster said it was fine. Then it didn't work and the doctor said the mri shows it needs surgery. During the mean time i tried calling my adjuster about 25 times asking what do i need to do. She never responded for about a month. I had the surgery on my right shoulder. Then about three weeks after my surgery they said they woudln't cover anything. Cause my forgien speaking doctor never said anything in the records about my shoulder during my visits. I did tell him several times. He said lets worry about your brain and depression many times. He never even wrote in my records that i have tumor in my other arm. So what i am asking is after i went broke for missing months at work lost my car Lost my apartment. Prolly going to lose my job and personal insurance. Still suffer from depression night remors after the wreck and back neck and shoulder pain. I've lost most of the feeling in my arm from my shoulder down. Cause the car insurance won't pay so i can't go to Physical therapy. What should i do. I am meeting with goodman and acker and i have had a couple other Lawyers call me. Whats the best course and what should I exspect? Sluggerace33@hotmail.com

Are you meaning to tell me that you really called 25 times in a month with zero return call? This is extremely poor claims practices..make sure you aren't inflatting this some. Why didn't you zero out or follow the prompts on the machine, or get someone else, ask your agent to help etc? I assume you made these calls from a cell?Cause my forgien speaking doctor never said anything in the records about my shoulder during my visits
Did you go to the ER first? Don't nurses usually see you in the room first and ask all the questions and put them in the file, THEN the doc comes in?Well you really can't blame them if the doc, nor you ever said a word about your arm until this long past the wreck...
What should i do
do you have health insurance?Whats the best course and what should I exspect?
you say you already have appointments with lawyers I guess see what they say. But remember their pay will be coming from your payment. This isn't all adding up..When a docs office or hospital submits bills to any carrier (auto/health etc) they have codes that say what they did. They always are asked if this is due to an accident...did it not say that? It really doesn't make sense to me...

Hi..
When a docs office or hospital submits bills to any carrier (auto/health etc) they have codes that say what they did.
Then even now it might just be possible for him to pull out the records concerning his treatments. There's another thing which came to my notice while I was going through your post-
You've mentioned about your night tremors on 2 occasions. Initially, as you've mentioned the doctor had intended to treat you for it and then it was met by your adjuster. So now if this problem is still persisting there shouldn't be any problem since it had once been addresses already. There are certain aspects which need further clarification. Roddick
