I purchased $600.00 in insurance on an amplifier I shipped through UPS. I purchased the insurance through a UPS drop off location. I was never told of any guidelines of the policy. I shipped it off and it was damaged during shipping. They are now denying me the insurance money because it wasn't packaged according to their standards. They never told me any standards or guidelines as to how it was supposed to been packaged. I believe this to be completely unfair considering they told us nothing about the policy that we payed for. Can I take it to court?
